Management of Expectations

Our work flow process will enable customers to be involved in their project to ensure complete satisfaction through a simple yet thorough series of steps. We make an oath to respond quickly to all text, calls, web leads, and email we receive. Communication is something we prioritize to all customers to provide the best experience you can rely on. Contact

  • Individual reaches out via web, text, email, or phone call

  • Office staff responds promptly within the same business day to evaluate the needs of the customer 

Information Gathering

  • Office representative gather necessary client information from the client.

  • Our office representative schedules an on site assessment with a sales rep to meet you to go over service(s) requested to take measurements, photos, and properly develop solutions

  • No one site assessment is needed for lawn care or fall cleanup services since they can be quoted using satellite measurement software using property square footage

Design (If Needed)

  • 3D and 2D design software will be used to provide customer with a life like animation of the intended plan for the job 

  • Design will be presented to the homeowner to allow for the design to be reviewed 

Estimate

  • Proposal for scope of work is established and sent over to the client with a detailed description of the work, photos, and pricing

  • Proposal(s) are then approved and formalized with signature by the homeowner along with processing a deposit

  • If need be, permits will be requested to properly attain municipality approval for the project(s)

Scheduling

  • Job is scheduled and materials are purchased for the job

Implementation

  • Job commences on specified start date (weather permitting)

  • Pre-job walkthrough is held with homeowner and the foreman of the crew for larger installation job

  • Pre-job crew meeting is held to go over details of the job to ensure 100% clarity of expectations

  • Job is complete and final walkthrough with the homeowner is held to answer questions  

  • Final job payment is collected
