To ensure we are assisting you to the fullest as we start your relationship with Golden Wolf, here are a few FAQ’s that we see and expectations we want to ensure you have when it comes to the services you signed up for:

  • Our service schedule does account for the crew coming to the property for the number of occurrences listed on your proposal. There could be a week or two over the course of the mowing season when the crew cannot mow the lawn. There are many variables that affect whether the crew will be performing the service or not are. Some examples of these variables include excessive heat, rain, or other unpredictable weather events. These variables are factored into the number of occurrences listed on your proposal. Depending on the type of weather we may experience, during the weeks that your lawn may not need to be mowed, our crew will come to the property, weed whack curb lines and edges, blow off hard surfaces, and clean debris from the property.  

  • We do require a credit or debit card to be kept on file for all maintenance clients. Listed in your approved proposal, there is a payment schedule that outlines the monthly charges that will be processed on the last business day of each month. For maintenance services, we only accept payment via credit/debit card or ACH to simplify the billing process for both parties.  

  • Each month, the total number of visits could vary (+/-) based on the variables listed above. Even with the possibility that the number of visits per month could vary, we do process payment for the monthly payment amount listed in the payment schedule on your proposal. The monthly amount is a set rate for the total annual cost to have your property maintained, not a per service or per occurrence billing style.  

  • As much as we would love to say yes to this question, due to many variables, the exact day and time could vary if we are faced with an unforeseen occurrence. We do our best to come on the same day, but the day of the week can vary throughout the season. 

  • Typically, we end the mowing season from the end of October to mid-November. The exact day or week each year could vary depending on weather conditions.  

  • No, our crew does not big grass clippings. Grass clippings provide your lawn with beneficial nutrients such as Potassium, Prosperous, and Nitrogen, all of which are found in fertilizer. By not bagging the grass clippings, you are recycling the nutrients of the lawn which helps with your lawn's overall health and the quality of the turf.  

  • As stated above, our yearly service contracts do account for a few weeks over the course of the year when no mowing will take place. Due to us already accounting for these weeks when the weather would affect the service schedule, we would still follow the monthly payment schedule outlined in your proposal. There would be no discounts or credits if a service were to get missed. 

  • When signing up for maintenance services with us, leaving the scheduling and any changes up to us allows our team of professionals to provide your lawn with the best care. We understand that there can be unforeseen events that come up on both of our ends, so if that were to be the case, please let us know as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that the request will be fulfilled immediately, but with enough advanced notice, that allows our team to make any changes necessary. If you were to request a visit to be skipped, we will still be following the monthly payment schedule listed in your proposal throughout the course of the year due to the explanation listed above.  ption

  • If you would like additional mowings to take place, please let me know and we can add in the additional occurrences. For each additional occurrence on top of what is listed on your proposal, we will add an additional charge to that monthly billing cycle that will be charged with the card on file. Each additional occurrence will be billed at the same per occurrence rate listed on your proposal. If you wish to not have any additional mowings preformed, not need to let us know. We only perform additional mowings for clients who request it once the total occurrence has been fully executed by our crew.
